In summary another active quarter which saw a good response to all properties in all price ranges. There was particularly strong enquiry from investors in the sub $700,000 price range.

- The average days on market was 37 days.
- Highlight standout sales were 129-131 Bourke St and 87 Brisbane St selling at auction in April.
There were also a number of properties sold off market and prior to marketing.
The most sought-after property, attracting over 51 groups to inspect was 31 Nancarrow St a well-presented family home in central marketed by Jen McGrath and myself.
Cotality are now reporting that Dubbo’s median house price is $558,000, a milestone to break through the $550,000 barrier.
