A Milestone Celebration at No. 1 Church Street, Dubbo for the Topping Out Ceremony

No. 1 Church Street is leading the way in Dubbo’s skyline transformation, ushering in a new era for the city. The project has captured the attention and anticipation of both the local community and beyond. In a true celebration of progress, the project reached a significant milestone on 28 March 2025 with a Topping Out Ceremony held to commemorate the completion of the building’s structure.

In the Church St development, significant progress has been made, with the building officially celebrating its “topping out” phase. In Australia, this signifies a safe and incident free build, while in Scandinavian history, a pine tree was hoisted to the top of a framed building to signal that the timber had dried and was ready to be enclosed. This important occasion gathered key stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and local dignitaries, who came together to celebrate this achievement and look forward to the next phase of construction.

The team at Bob Berry Real Estate had the honour of being a part of a milestone celebration, as coordinating agents since 2020 it was a privilege to see No. 1 Church Street achieve this status.
