Shayna Chapman commenced with Bob Berry Real Estate in 2008 as a property officer after obtaining her Certificate of Registration at TAFE NSW.

Shayna has developed her skills and knowledge in all aspects of property management leading to her appointment as Leasing Manager in 2009. With extensive knowledge of the residential rental market, Shayna provides our investor clients with rental appraisals and conducts regular rent reviews to ensure all owners of managed property are obtaining the highest market rent.

Shayna obtained her Real Estate Agents Licence in 2011 and is a professional leasing manager who provides high quality service to all clients and property consumers.
