About Erin

Originally from Mudgee, Erin began her career in Early Childhood Education after completing her university studies in Bathurst. Her journey took her to Darwin, NT, where she served as Director of a childcare centre during her husband’s military posting. After returning to New South Wales, Erin and her family settled in Dubbo, which they proudly call their forever home.

In 2022, Erin embraced a career change following the impacts of COVID-19, seeking a long-term opportunity that offered professional growth and development. She joined Bob Berry Real Estate as a receptionist, quickly advancing through training and certification to become a Property Assistant. Now a fully qualified member of the Property Management team, Erin thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Her goal is to continue growing alongside her colleagues, refining skills and knowledge to provide the highest standard of property management.

With a strong foundation in education and leadership, Erin has built a career defined by adaptability, dedication, and a passion for helping others.

Outside of work, Erin is a devoted mum to two young children. Family time is her top priority, and weekends are often spent exploring Dubbo, enjoying the outdoors along Tracker Riley, visiting the Zoo, or traveling to Mudgee and beyond to connect with loved ones. Erin and her family are also active in the community, regularly volunteering with Macquarie Home Stay meal services and supporting local schools through events and fundraisers.
